The 2019 Beastial Race takes place around Las Playitas,Fuerteventura on the 18th of May at 09:00.

The challenging route takes you through desert, mountains and beaches finishing at Playitas Resort with many obstacles on the way.

The 2019 Corralejo International Half Marathon Dunes of Fuerteventura takes place on November 2rd in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. This extraordinary trial has e major part of its route in the heart of the Natural Park “Dunas de Corralejo”. Apart from locals, participants from all corners of the European Continent are included. A desert of fine sand dunes, rough tracks and temperatures above 25 degrees are just some of the challenges that the marathon runners will be up against.

The traditional 2019 Carrera de San Silvestre 5 Kilometre Race takes place on on Saturday December 28th starting at 12:00 from the El Campanario Shopping Centre,Corralejo,Fuerteventura.

The race offers prizes to the top finishers of male and female categories, as well as to the most original costumes, both individual and group. Registration is open at the Intersport store in Corralejo up to one hour before the start.

The busy tourist town of Corralejo is located on the coast in the north of the island in the municipality of La Oliva. The old town is based around the harbour, which was originally used by local fishermen, and now has a marina, and a ferry terminal. From here you can take the ferry to the nearby island of Lanzarote, passing the island of Los Lobos on the way, which you can also take a ferry to. Apart from the hundreds of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, villas and apartments some of the island's finest beaches can also be found here. There's eleven kilometres of top quality sand that stretches along the coast south of Corralejo where there are sand dunes.

The Antigua XTREME Race takes place during September each year in the town of Antigua, Fuerteventura

The 2022 Antigua XTREME Race takes place on Saturday September 10th at 10:30, more than 30 obstacles in a route of ravines, puddles and stony ground will be the challenge to be overcome by 150 brave participants.
