Fuerteventura Fiestas

Throughout the year there are Fiestas in all of the towns and villages on Fuerteventura. Each town or village has it´s local saint, and a saints day. Prior to the saints day there are usually various events which include traditional singing and dancing, and on the saints day there's a religious procession. The last night usually features a firework display, with music, dancing, drinking, and eating, and offers a great opportunity to experience the local cuisine..
