Fuerteventura, also known as "The beach of the Canaries", boasts over 150 kilometres of sandy beaches with crystal-clear water, spectacular for snorkelling or diving. You can enjoy numerous water-sports on these amazing beaches, perfect for surfing, and a paradise for kite surfing, wind surfing, or simply relaxing, and soaking up the sun.

Playa del Moro is part of the Corralejo sand dunes, and this is an area of the  Corralejo nature park which is protected. It is a windy beach consisting of 300 metres of white sand, which of course is top quality in accordance with the Corralejo standard.As with all of Corralejo's beaches, Playe del Moro is of exceptional nautal beauty and not to be missed!

Located on the West coast of Fuerteventura where, as always, the sea is wild. La Escalera translates as the stairs and this is in accordance to the steep steps you must descend in  order to reach the beach. No services are available, therefore you will need to take provisions. The beach is usually deserted; you can relax and enjoy solitude amongst the crashing of the waves.
El bajo medio Beach

El Bajo Medio is one of the sublime beaches of Corralejo. It consists of 100 metres of the best quality of white sand.Popular with naturist, however if you prefer privacy you can hide behind the dunes.

Located in the dunes of Corralejo, the 300 metres of white sand that is El Burro translates as the donkey. There are however, no donkey rides here. This beach is popular with kite surfers and is home to the Fuerteventura Kite Festival. It takes place over a three day period during a weekend early in November.This is a truly amazing festival on one of the worlds most beautiful of beaches. Not to be missed!
El Caserón

El Caserón is situated in the protected natural park in the Corralejo sand dunes in the  north of the island. It comprises of 300 metres of top quality white sand, and the beach is 45 metres in width.  This is a windy beach and is popular with naturists.
El Charcón Beach

El Charcón sits away from the busy areas of La Oliva. It consists of 310 metres of golden sand with a scattering of pebbles. The beach is easily accessible it is situated just 20 metres from the dirt track/road that leads to the picturesque town of El Cotillo from Corralejo.
El Dormidero Beach

El Dormidero is popular with wind surfers and with naturists. It consists of 440 metres of white sandy, and is 30 metres wide. It is part of a group of beaches known as Grandes Playas and these are known locally as Playas de los Hoteles.There are several bars and restaurants in close proximity to this beach.

This beach is situated on the north coast of the island. The beach is not really suitable for swimming because of the rough conditions and stony access to the water. More suitable for the experienced surfers and windsurfers.
El Junquillo Beach

The breathtaking beach of El Junquillo is located in the Santa Ines Valley in the municipal of Betancuria.This beach is of sublime natural beauty, it is 500 metres of black sand, and can be  accessed with a 4×4 vehicle or by sea. Highly recommended!
El Marrajo Beach

If you wish to experience tranquility then this is the beach for you. With golden sands and a scattering of black pebbles El Salmo retains its natural beauty. It is located between the 'Sotevento' and 'Mal Nombre' beaches and is easily accessible. You might want to take a picnic with you as there are no restaurants close to this beach.
