Great fresh food full of flavour

El Mentidero is a small friendly cafe with great food tucked away in a side street. I tried the Baguette de Magica Tindaya which was incredible, a fresh baguette lightly toasted filled with goat cheese, tomato with a dash of olive oil and oregano. It's amazing how something so simple can taste so good. The cortado's were well above average and certainly the best so far that I have had in El Cotillo if not Fuerteventura. They take cash only fortunately we had ten Euros in cash which is what lunch for two cost, great value! Give this place a go if you're in El Cotillo, you won't be disappointed as long as they're open.

Nice food and coffee here, found this place by accident as it's tucked away down a side road, the queue was massive at the French Bakery round the corner so we tried El Mentidero and weren't disappointed
