All Saints Day or Todos los Santos is a public holiday in Fuerteventura on November 1st each year. Should this day fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday will officially be a holiday.
Public transport operates a Sunday timetable, banks and government offices are usually closed along with certain shops including supermarkets, especially those located outside of the main tourist resorts.
