Corralejo Artisan Market

The Corralejo Artisan Market featuring Crafts and Local produce takes place in El Campanario Shopping Centre in Corralejo, Fuerteventura and is held every Thursday and Sunday between 10:00 and 14:00.

Apart from the market there is a good selection of restaurants and cafes and live entertainment. There's also a tower with magnificent views of the surrounding area and the island of Lobos. El Campanario is on the number 6 bus route which runs between Puerto del Rosario and Corralejo.

The busy tourist town of Corralejo has a harbour, which was originally used by local fishermen, and now has a marina, and a ferry terminal. From here you can take the ferry to the nearby island of Lanzarote, passing the island of Los Lobos on the way, which you can also take a ferry to. Apart from the hundreds of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, villas and apartments some of the island's finest beaches can also be found here. There's eleven kilometres of top quality sand that stretches along the coast south of Corralejo where there are sand dunes.
