Jandia, Fuerteventura
Jandia is situated in the southwestern part of Fuerteventura, within the Pajara municipality, and features an impressive 32 kilometers of pristine white sandy beaches, complete with dunes and lagoons. Nestled at the base of the Pico de la Zarza mountain range in the Jandia National Park, this area is home to a diverse array of unique plants, animals, and bird species, including the Egyptian Vulture.
Water sports like windsurfing and kitesurfing are quite popular here, while there are also plenty of serene spots for those who prefer to relax and soak up the sun. Over time, Jandia has expanded and now connects with the nearby Morro Jable, which boasts a harbor and an older town filled with numerous restaurants, including some of the finest seafood dining options that Fuerteventura has to offer.
