Discover the amazing world of scuba diving with this two-hour baptism which Deep Blue offers in Caleta de Fuste. The course includes a theoretical lesson, another lesson in the swimming pool and an immersion at the beach. You will have all the necessary equipment at your disposal.

Make the most of your time in the Canary Islands, and enjoy an introductory approach to scuba diving, when you sign up for this accessible class. Aimed at beginners, the course includes practical instruction, practice diving in a swimming pool, and finally a session at Caleta de Fuste's beach, during which you’ll dive to a maximum depth of 20 feet (six meters) and can spot all manner of fish and aquatic life.

An introduction for (as yet) non-divers, who really want to know what all the fuss surrounding diving is about. You will learn something about how to use dive gear in shallow water and what you need to take into consideration when exploring the underwater world. You will breathe for the first time underwater. You will need a certain amount of time to get used to the feeling. Then the biggest problem for dive instructors is to get people out of the water again. Nobody wants to come out, as it’s just way too much fun!

During March it’s quite mild in Fuerteventura with a daily average temperature of 19°C, a daily average maximum of 24°C and a daily average minimum of 15°C. The average sea temperature is 19°C, the average rainfall for the month is 1 mm, average humidity is 65% with an average of 8 daily sunshine hours.
Don't be deceived by these low temperatures, they're recorded in the shade so if you're in the sun out of the wind it gets very hot so don't forget the sun protection. In the evenings it’s a good idea to take a scarf, fleece or a light jacket especially if you're outside in the wind.
