Epiphany 2020
Epiphany, which occurs 12 days after Christmas on the 6th of January is a public holiday in Fuerteventura. Epiphany is virtually a second Christmas and is celebrated in the same way as Christmas Day.
Public transport operates a Sunday timetable, banks and goverment offices are usually closed along with certain shops including supermarkets, especially those located outside of the main tourist resorts.
